I had to select an image and change the exposure using the techniques I learned in lesson 10.

I had to have two images and move a portion of the first image into the second picture. Then first image I open was a lake with a dock.

First, I selected the man with the Quick Selection tool. Next, I moved the man over onto the lake image. Then I moved the man onto the dock. Lastly, I added a shadow under the man. This is the final image…Screen Shot 2016-09-29 at 9.33.12 AM.png

My assigned project for chapter 12, use adjustment layers and masks to edit an image.

For this assigned project, i had to edit the colors within the image.

I used color balance for this image. I drag down the yellows in the shadows tab down to -100, In the midtones, I bring up the greens and blues to 36, and for the highlights, I brought up the reds to 100…Screen Shot 2016-10-03 at 10.23.02 AM.png

Assigned project for chapter 14 is to select an image and convert it to black and white.

I have 4 assigned projects from chapter 15. The first one is to add a lens flare to an image.

The second one is to apply a film grain effect to an image.

The third one is to change the focus of the image.

The final assigned project for chapter 15 is to use lighting effects to add light to the image.

Magazine Cover project

I’m going to make a magazine cover for my project. I made the background 8.5″ x 11″ inches, and made the background color blue…Screen Shot 2016-10-13 at 9.26.48 AM.png

I went to dafont.com and choose the “Keep on trucking” font. I put an image onto my background.

With the Rectangular Marquee tool, I selected the lower part of the subject’s shirt and got rid of the unwanted fingers, the big gap in the shirt, and part of his arm…Screen Shot 2016-10-13 at 10.31.43 AM.png

I then went to Google and found a barcode that god for the cover.

Election Marketing project

I’m starting to work on the Election Marketing project. First, the new logo for the candidate.

I made the background 4″x4″ inches and made the resolution to 200. I typed the name Gary Johnson in  a Prism font on Dafont. Then I added an american flag star to my image.Screen Shot 2016-10-17 at 10.22.12 AM.png

I updated the color of the text “Gary Johnson” from a yellow to a blue. Why I chose blue for his name, because I wanted the name to stand out with the american flag star.

I’m working on the Election Marketing Project. I printed 2 copies of my new logo for the candidate.

I’m still working on the bumper sticker project for the Election Marketing Project. I made the background white and moved the logo on the right side. Next, I’m working on a lawn sign for the candidate.

I’m working on the campaign vote button of the Election Marketing Project. I moved my logo into the middle of my button…

I’m working on a ‘Life is Good’ t-shirt design.

I’m making a t-shirt for the Waynoka Rattlesnake Roundup.

I’m making a t-shirt for the Hometown Independence Day in Waynoka.

First, I typed “Hometown Independence Day” in “The American” font from dafont.com, and colored it red, white, and blue. Then I colored the background grey. And added a american flag.Screen Shot 2017-03-30 at 10.04.41 AM.png

I made some changes to my Independence Day t-shirt for Waynoka. I matched the blue from the american flag and applied it to the letters. Face the american flag horizontal. And added fireworks to the design.Screen Shot 2017-03-31 at 10.00.38 AM.png

I’m finishing the Waynoka Rattlesnake Roundup t-shirt. I made all the text have an Orange, Yellow, Orange gradient, and adding an ATV rider by erasing the background with the Eraser tool and selecting the ATV with the Quick Selection tool. I’m starting on a t-shirt design for an upcoming event of my choice.

First, I added the FCCLA logo onto my background.

I typed the event, date, and location in Collegiate font, added a Stroke effect to all of them, and added a gradient overlay.

I moved the group into the center of the background, move the FCCLA logo to the bottom right corner, move the date where the logo was originally at, and resize the event text to 48.Screen Shot 2017-04-06 at 9.27.36 AM.png

First, I made a table with the Rectangular Marquee Tool and colored it brown.

I titled the first domino by Free Transform by Command+T, I duplicate the rest by right clicking the layer and clicking Duplicate Layer.

I made another line of dominoes by right clicking the first group of dominoes and selecting Duplicate Group.

I added a hand knocking down the dominoes. Made the background a tan color.
